Sen. Ted Cruz's name is called out by the Montana airport's police department

On Sunday, a new video showed Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) getting into a fight with airport workers in Montana that got so heated that law enforcement had to intervene.

According to the Reddit user who first shared the short clip, Cruz was seen at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport shortly after noon on Sunday, irritated by missing his flight.

Cruz is alleged to have said something along the lines of, "Do you know who I am?"

Airport officials told DailyMail.com that a "frustrated" Cruz had missed the check-in window for his flight and that re-booking options were "limited out of Bozeman due to Spring Break."

Deputy airport director Scott Humphrey said that Cruz was able to rebook and leave the following evening.

What Cruz and the airport workers were saying is obscured by the short video. In accordance with federal COVID-19 guidelines, the Texas Republican was required to wear a mask.
